Use License

Account Terms

Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the membership signup process.

Your user account may only be used by you. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

You declare and affirm that (a) all of the information provided by you to The Apologia Project to participate in the Services is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required to you hereunder.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user account and password. The Apologia Project will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted by you within The Apologia Project that your user account is associated with.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

Anti-Spam Policy

The Apologia Project prohibits the use of its services in any manner associated with, the transmission, distribution or delivery of Spam. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or “spam” messages. You also agree not to harvest any email addresses from The Apologia Project for the purpose of sending email in violation of applicable law.

If we suspect misuse or abuse of our Services, we may (without notice) take action as deemed appropriate in our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your The Apologia Project website account and/or anything associated with it.

If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for canceling your The Apologia Project website user account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time. Please request assistance for the cancellation process. Please note: All of your personal information (not submitted collaborative Content) will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation of any account.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. You will not be refunded any amount for early cancelation. Cancelation of Services is entirely voluntary.

The Apologia Project, in its discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your user account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your The Apologia Project website user account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in those Accounts. The Apologia Project reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Inactivity on Free Accounts

After a period of inactivity, whereby fail to login to an account for a period of 120 days, The Apologia Project reserves the right to disable or terminate the account.

Disclaimer

The materials on The Apologia Project’s website are provided “as is”.  The Apologia Project makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, The Apologia Project does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations
